A Collective Commitment to Coffee and Biodiversity.
In late 2019, a dedicated group of coffee growers from Kodagu (Coorg) came together with a shared vision—to enhance their craft and create a brand that truly reflects the region’s ecological richness.
Biota Coorg FPCL was officially established in January 2020, led by a team blending farming expertise with corporate knowledge. Today, we work as a collective, supporting over 120 progressive coffee growers and ensuring fair pricing and global recognition for their efforts.
Biota Coorg is led by coffee farmers who bring experience from various corporate roles and a deep understanding of the coffee value chain. This inclusive leadership model ensures active member involvement and a strong sense of ownership in the organization. By fostering a tight-knit community, it reinforces confidence in the FPC’s advantages for both individual farmers and society as a whole.
